Bookings can be made in a proper form on the website, by phone or email until two days before the activity. The booking is subject to availability, the timing of activity and weather conditions. You will have your place guarantee after confirmation of these factors on the part of Natura Nautica Ltd and after paying a booking fee.
A reservation is made once a completed booking form. Once we have received your booking form we will, subject to availability and a payment of 50% of the coast, confirm your holiday by issuing a confirmation invoice, 31 days before your holidays. The total payment should be done until the last 14 days before your holidays. We reserve the right to cancel your booking, without any reimbursement or indemenization, if the total payment of the accommodation has not been done.
Natura Nautica, Lda reserves the right to request a booking fee amounting to 25% of the activity in question, per person, payable at time of booking.
Natura Nautica, Lda reserves the right to cancel the activity for reasons unrelated to it. We are not responsible for cancellations for the following reasons: natural disasters, weather, system failures or other reasons not dependent on us. In these cases we will reimburse you the money.
The cancellation of a tour by the participant should be made in writing, with at least two working days. If the cancellation does not comply with the stipulated you will be charged a cancellation fee on the full value of the ticket. There shall be no refund of reservation fee for deliberate reasons of cancellation by the participant.
Once the tour has started with the agreement of the participants, it can not be stopped due to wind, temperature, rainfall, waves or other factors outside the company. In case of voluntary termination by the customer, the money will not be returned (for prepaid ticket) or the agreed number of hours will be charged.
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible by e-mail or written letter or phone call. A cancelation charge will be applied to you and Natura Nautica Lda will refund you :
Natura Nautica reserves the right to change the vessel for carrying out the tours, in particular in case of technical problems or adverse weather conditions (the catamaran will not come out with winds exceeding 12 knots). In this situation another vessel will be used, and we will charge the agreed upon earlier.
The meeting point will be indicated on the ticket, in you e-mail or indicated by us on during the booking. Given that the delay of the participants could lead to its exclusion from the activity, we asked all participants to be on the meeting point at the stipulated time. The departure time might be subject to changes according with the weather conditions and tidal variation. Please confirm the departure time on he previous day of the activity. The location and time of departure after stopping in the islands for lunch will be informed by the crew. The participants must be there five minutes before departure time. Natura Nautica Ltd may suspend the tour for a participant if he does not respect the schedule. In this case there will be no refund.
Natura Nautica, doesn’t has its own restaurant services, using external services for that. We are not responsible for any bad services or complaint in this area. In these cases the complaint should be made to the responsible company or person of the requested service.

The schedule and routes and exact time on certain interest point are indicative. Our team works flexibly, some of these moments can be extended or shorten according to the group dynamics. The duration and itinerary of activities are subject to change without previous notice depending on weather and tide.
Natura Nautica, Lda reserves the right to include your e-mail on our mailing list to send e-news about the company. During our activities we can take pictures and videos for promoting the company. If you do not want this information o be used, please previously inform verbally our staff and then confirm that intention with a written letter to us.
Natura Nautica, Lda promotes ecotourism activities with natural, cultural and environmental interest. We expect the respect of the natural areas and local lifestyles of the places we visit by the participants of the activities. We also respect the code of conduct of the protected areas according with the ICNB (Biodiversity and Nature Conservation Institute) and we expect that the participants also respect that same code. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an activity if we find that your behaviour is in conflict with this philosophy and code of conduct.
